The Guy family

So I'm going to start blogging on our family, so our friends and stuff can keep up with us.  Which would be quite a task because I can barely keep up with us myself.  But today, I am so grateful that my children are healthy, even if they're not always happy.  Mike's cousin Dave has a little one just diagnosed with ALL (leukemia) and we're just praying that she will recover quickly and completely.  I know we serve a mighty and powerful God and He will heal her.

Our girls are doing well.  Beka and Acacia are playing soccer on Saturdays with practices on Wednesdays (and random Mondays).  Hannah is 12 and loves youth group and is struggling with all the emotions that come with being a 12 year old girl.

Mike is loving this year as a teacher at Voyager Middle School, which is a huge answer to prayer.  He was so unhappy last year and wasn't able to do what he loves to do . . . teach!   He loves the team he is teaching with and is having the busiest and best time.

I'm no longer working at Echo Glen.  It was an extremely hard transition but it was the right thing to do.  I'm loving my new job, but it's keeping me very busy.

I'll try to update this weekly or as I can.  I pray that God will bless all who read this blog and that He will keep my friends safe.
